The problem
A message in the group chat is not an announcement with follow-up
Today the monthly promotion, the new procedure or the safety notice travels through WhatsApp groups, printouts or word of mouth from the supervisor. It reaches some people and not others, gets lost among conversations, and there is no simple way to know, by branch, who saw it and who didn't.
In Simón you publish a short piece, as video, audio, a document or an image, for the areas and branches you choose. It reaches each person on their phone with a notification, in the same place where they take their courses, and you see who opened it and who is still missing.

Choose who gets it
By workspace, area or branch. You can pick an entire region and exclude the stores where it doesn't apply.
Schedule the send
Pick the date and time in your company's time zone. Until then you can keep editing it, reschedule it or publish it right away.
Notification on the phone
When it goes live, each person gets a notification. If you later widen the audience, only the people who hadn't received it are notified.
Who saw it and who is missing
Reach and how many people opened it; for video and audio, how many played it in full and the average progress; with a per-person list you can filter to those who haven't opened it.
A list for each supervisor
Download the list in Excel or CSV, with no emails or phone numbers, so each supervisor can follow up at their branch.

How to send the monthly promotion
Create or upload the piece
The promotion video, the PDF with prices or an image with the mechanics. If you don't have it, Simón generates it with AI.
Choose the audience
The regions, areas or branches taking part, leaving out the ones that aren't.
Schedule or publish
For Monday at 8 a.m. or right now. Each person gets a notification on their phone.
Follow up
Check who opened it by area and branch, and ask the supervisor to reinforce where it's missing.
Announcements and courses in the same place
What you publish as an announcement lives alongside your courses: your team goes to the same place, with no other app, and you see which content gets opened, how many play videos and audio to the end and, for courses, which gets the most likes, saves and comments.

What kind of content can I send?
Video, audio, a document or an image. You can upload what you already have or generate it with AI in Simón, for example an avatar video from your instructions.
Does my team need to install anything?
No. They open the announcement from the phone's browser with a phone number or employee ID and a PIN, or with your company's sign-in.
Can I see who hasn't seen it?
Yes. The per-person list shows who opened it and when, and you can filter it to those who haven't opened it so their supervisor can follow up.
Can I schedule it for later?
Yes. Pick the date and time in your company's time zone; it publishes on its own and notifies each person at that moment.
How is it different from sending it on WhatsApp?
